complaint about Lombok Smile tours in Senggigi

Dear reader,
I'd like to warn you about a certain travel agency in Senggigi, Lombok in Indonesia.
We arrived there and the owner, mister Abdul Rahim, came annd spoke in good english to us. He told us a story about what we could do. Since we only had a week of time, we had to do a lot of travelling and he arranged most of the busses and the flight for us.
In order to make a long story short. We went to the Gilli Islands without a problem. But the VIP bus with the reserverd tickets for us, was a big disaster. No aircon, no space to pull the chairs bag, the bus was completely overloaded and very uncomfortable.
In the middle of the night we were suddenly dropped at a marketplace of some sort where we had to wait for several hours. Then another bus came, even more uncomfortable than the last one. He took us to Sape to get our connection with the ferry. However the bus was too late and the ferry left without waiting. they told us that we had to wait for a day extra. We were very angry and tired as we had a 30-hour tour already.
So we paid another 2M Rupiah extra for another private boat to get us to Komodo and to Labuan Bajo. Once we arrived in Flores in Maumere, the plane back to Bali was cancelled. Lombok Smile didn't contact us and we arrived at the airport in vain!
My girlfriend could go on the other plane, but I had to wait a day extra and besides that pay for another plane with another company.
A lot of things went wrong there and nobody was capable to help us out. Next to this it is hard to communicate with the people as they dont speak English. All I want to say is: dont book anything at Lombok Smile in Senggigi, this guy is a fraud and is just after your money.
